Medical Care Insurance

Even if I have a lot of health care insurance through the employer of my husband, we are hard to find others for our daughter. Because it is not our daughter, she is not allowed to be on our insurance policy. We plan to adopt her in the near future, but until then, all medical expenses must come out of my pocket. I just heard a wonderful idea of our current president on how to defer a portion of the costs of health care insurance. I hope that this initiative, it is through it becomes law, but I’m tired and I’m sure there are some hidden drawbacks involved.

  • Plan your meals in detail. Always prepare the right amount of food consumed at the designated intervals. Do not make the mistake of eating meals in sporadic patterns.
  • Avoid the stress! Stress, whether physical or emotional, triggers the release of a steroid called cortisol, which decreases metabolism. Also, people tend to eat excessively when stressed.
  • Drink  green tea. It can be used as a substitute for coffee. Tea has the ability to stimulate metabolism, and unlike coffee, it has no side effects when too much consumption.
  • Have more energy foods in the diet, such as fruits and vegetables, beans and whole grains.
